SmartVault for document exchange
In order to keep your personal information safe, I use a service called SmartVault for secure document exchange. Clients will receive an introductory email once enrolled. When you receive the initial email from SmartVault, please do the following:
a) Scroll to the bottom of the email and click Activate.
b) Create a password and click Create My User. Store this password in a safe place!
c) This will redirect you to a login screen. Please enter your email and new password.
Once you're logged in, you'll see 2 options:
1) Upload a Document - This is how you should send me sensitive documents.
2) View Your Documents - This is how I will send you sensitive documents.
Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you come across any issues. I cannot prevent you from emailing sensitive documents to me, but I recommend using this method in order to keep your information secure.
