  • Everyone gets served: startups, artists, farmers & ranchers, real estate tycoons, food truck operators, designers, retail owners, tradespeople, bad lawyers, good lawyers, ambassadors, people with pets, giants, videographers, etc. If you’re a small- to medium-sized business or an individual, I’m open to serving you.

  • Bookkeeping is a fixed fee each month and tax prep depends on form type, number of schedules, etc.

  • No! There are always extenuating circumstances, but I typically only extend those who are waiting on an outside K1 that isn’t under my control.

  • All engagements begin with a review of your prior year returns and a meeting, whether that’s on the phone or in person.

  • Yes! I try to meet with most of my clients if we’re ever in the same area. Since I’m virtual and my clients are everywhere, this can be challenging.

  • No! As a virtual CPA who is 100% paperless, I rely on a secure server (SmartVault) for the exchange of sensitive documents. I don’t even own a printer, as their noises intimidate and frighten me. If a document isn’t sensitive, we can stick to e-mail.

  • No, but I do have 3 amazing contractors who assist me in different industries.

  • I received my Masters from Oklahoma State and acquired my CPA license while working briefly as an auditor for Ernst & Young. Since 2012, I’ve prepared nearly 10,000 tax returns.

Meet Zack

Zack is a Quickbooks ProAdvisor and licensed as a CPA in both Colorado and Texas. Although based in the Rockies, Zack returns to Oklahoma each year and works on his family farm.

Zack is a present brother, proud uncle, and a patient father of two bad cats. He is an avid supporter of others’ endurance pursuits and a nurturer of startups. As a Triple Crowner, he backs several hiking conservancies and vehemently believes in the accumulation of positive karma derived from picking up hitchhikers.

When not happily consumed by his clients’ finances, Zack spends his life with Charly, a design-savvy solopreneur with whom he co-parents Kevin & Queso (their two bad cats).
